Paul Isaacs is the Director of Product Management and Design at Sound Devices, LLC. Paul is both an audio lover and expert, having worked in Post Production, Film, Broadcast and the Music Industry. 

In this episode of DSP, Paul and Josh discuss the creation of the Sound Devices MixPre line of premium audio recorders/interfaces, and how Sound Devices were able to bring their storied history of super premium design and sound quality to a more Podcaster-friendly price range. 

Josh mentions his favourite piece of audio equipment he has ever owned is his MixPre-6 Series 1.
